Classes will be a combination of pilates, barre, light resistance and cardio and are suitable for any stage of pregnancy. We provide everything you will need for this class.
*It is important to discuss with your LMC, midwife, GP, OB before commencing to check for any conditions that require specialised attention i.e placenta previa.
Claire is a qualified instructor, dedicated mum of 3 and has a degree in physiotherapy. She has designed these classes to be fun, social and safe.
Please note, due to restricted numbers, in the event of non-attendance classes missed will not be deducted.
